2 - CREATIVE STRATEGY & CONSULTING

Design is a LOT more than pretty pictures on a website, and creativity in business goes far beyond design! In addition to work that goes into design itself (find out more about the design process here), I really enjoy consulting on creative strategy! I've spent years working with leadership teams in companies like Nike and Columbia Sportswear, organizing both design projects and people projects. Whether it's using creativity to help build a brand or a team, I love helping clients use the creative process to solve business problems. 3 - COACHING

I fully believe our best work happens when we are in a good place personally. In addition to my creative pursuits, I make time in my schedule to mentor and coach.

During my professional career, I've kept leaders at top global companies organized and on task, worked with some of the best executive trainers in the world, and sorted through the best self-help books. While anyone can benefit from the strategies I've learned along the way, I'm especially equipped to help mentor my fellow working mothers.

During the past decade, while working at global companies, I was also raising four young children and pursuing a freelance design career simultaneously.  At the same time, I faced some unique challenges: children with special needs, navigating being a stepmother, co-parenting with a husband that works insane hours as a chef, and dealing with anxiety.  Somehow during this crazy life, I have figured out the secrets to getting more sh*t done in a day than is humanely possible, and how to stay (relatively) sane while doing it!  

I know how impossible it can feel to start that project you've been dreaming about when you can barely make time for a shower.
